Product sourcing
We match products and part numbers to the requirement, request supplier quotes and note any equivalents for your approval.
Quote preparation
You receive a written quote. Availability, lead times, applicable warranties and terms are confirmed at this stage.
Fulfillment coordination
Once you approve, we coordinate the purchase order and track delivery to the location and window you specify.
Procurement documentation
You receive quote and delivery documentation. Installation isn't part of supply-only orders; setup can be scoped separately through our IT services.
